Effective August 25, 2026 · Insurance Clarity Agency ("we," "us"). Last updated August 25, 2026.
Information you give us through our forms or on calls: name, phone, email, ZIP code, and what you tell us about your insurance needs. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to quote and service insurance (which may include date of birth and health information you choose to share for underwriting).
To respond to your request, provide quotes, service policies, and — with your consent — contact you by phone, text, email, or mail about the products you asked about. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Insurance carriers (to obtain quotes and process applications you request), and service providers who help us operate (hosting, email/SMS delivery, phone systems) under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; tell any agent "do not call" and we honor it permanently. Sales calls may be recorded where the law requires or permits, and Medicare sales calls are recorded as required by CMS rules.
Ask us anytime to see, correct, or delete the contact information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you — call us or reply to any message. Some records must be retained where insurance regulations require.
We limit access to your information to licensed agents and staff who need it, and retain records only as long as regulations require.
Questions? Call us at our office.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry-standard response to DNT signals yet, so our site does not respond to them differently. We do not track you across third-party websites for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
Under California law, including the Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Ins. Code §791 et seq.), you may request to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. We will respond within 30 business days. To make a request, contact us at [email protected] or the phone number on this site. We will verify your identity before disclosing any information.
We keep call recordings and Scope of Appointment records for the period required by Medicare rules (currently up to 10 years), and other records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal requirements, after which we delete or de-identify them.
